The billowing free form Formation suspension is fabricated of natural silk cocoons assembled on a flat matrix of hand soldered wires into a rigid billowing skin. When illuminated, the diffuser shows a wonderful translucence as well as highlighting the intricate soldered structure.

DesignerAngus Hutcheson
Graduating with Honors at the Architectural Association in London (1981), designer Angus Hutcheson worked with Will Alsop to hone his skills in the trade. After subsequently opening his own architecture firm, Hutcheson felt he needed to expand the organic modern ideas stirring about his sketchpad and relocated to Bangkok, Thailand in 2002. There his immediate surroundings, rich with natural materials, created an instant impact allowing his lighting & furniture designs to flourish. ANGO was launched in 2003 as an allegory about how we can live alongside nature in a technological world. A central point of reference in the early stages of Hutcheson
